Refund Policy

1. Overview

The IICCS Corporate Culture Certification Framework is a professional standards-based assessment program. Fees associated with certification, assessments, training, advisory services, and related offerings are subject to the terms outlined below.

By submitting payment, the applicant organization agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. Application & Assessment Fees

Non-Refundable Application Fees

All initial application and eligibility review fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. These fees cover administrative review, intake processing, and evaluation preparation.

Assessment & Certification Fees

Assessment fees are refundable only under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested in writing within 7 calendar days of payment and before the assessment process has commenced.

  • Partial Refund (50%): If cancellation is requested after 7 days but before document review or evaluator assignment begins.

  • No Refund: Once document review, interviews, scoring, or evaluation activities have commenced.

3. Training, Workshops & Events

  • Refund requests submitted at least 14 days prior to a scheduled training or event may receive a full refund.

  • Requests submitted 7–13 days prior may receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the scheduled event.

  • Substitutions may be permitted upon written request.

4. Subscription or Annual Certification Renewal Fees

Annual certification or subscription fees are non-refundable once the certification term has begun.

5. Denial of Certification

If an organization does not meet certification standards, fees paid for the assessment process are not refundable, as services and evaluation have been rendered.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside these terms may be granted at the sole discretion of IICCS in cases of:

  • Administrative error

  • Duplicate payment

  • Extraordinary circumstances

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days and returned using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting IICCS to resolve the matter may result in suspension or termination of certification eligibility.

9. Policy Updates

IICCS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
